My Journey to Helping Reactive Dogs
My passion for dog training began over 10 years ago when I rescued my first reactive dog. Like many owners, I felt lost and frustrated. Traditional trainers couldn't help, and I was told my dog was "too far gone."
I refused to give up. I dedicated myself to studying canine behaviour, earned my DTC-CDT certification, and developed techniques specifically for reactive and aggressive dogs.
Today, Smart Bark Academy specialises in the dogs that others can't help. Our 2800 sq ft climate-controlled facility provides the perfect environment for transformation.
